Service Policies
A few simple policies to keep scheduling and service smooth for everyone.
- • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% service fee.
- • Any outstanding balance must be resolved before future services can be scheduled.
- • Minimum service price is $150.
- • Final pricing depends on square footage, condition, and the type of cleaning requested.
- • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
- • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, and Venmo.
- • A 15% late fee will be added to any balance not paid on the day of service.
- • Please ensure our team has clear access to the property.
- • Pets should be secured and children supervised during the service.
- • Remove excess clutter, personal items, and laundry from areas being cleaned.
- • If you would like beds made, please leave fresh linens out before arrival.
- • Extra tasks such as organization, additional dishes, or linen changes should be requested ahead of time.
- • Add-ons requested during the appointment may not always be available and may incur additional charges.
- • Our team does not move heavy furniture.
- • We do not climb ladders higher than two steps.
- • We do not handle biohazardous materials, including pet waste, human waste, blood, or similar hazards.
- • Service may be modified or declined if unsafe conditions are present.
- • If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.
